Canceling or rescheduling appointments must be done more than 48 hours in advance. Canceling or rescheduling appointments, same day (24 hours or less) will result in a $65 fee. Of the service booked. No shows will be charged the FULL amount of the service booked and the card on file will be charged. No exceptions. Going forward a current card will required to be in the system and/or all future appointments will be retired to be paid in full. If the no show fee is not paid then all future appointments will be cancelled. Habitual no shows will result in the cancellations of all future appts. These policies are in place to secure your appointments and to protect my livelihood. It is vital that everyone is held to the same standards.
